• Payments are due according to invoice terms.

• Monthly services (SEO, PPC, management) use recurring billing.

• Late payments may pause ongoing work.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

• Accurate business information

• Required logins and assets

• Timely feedback and approvals

• Access to platforms such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads, Meta Ads, etc.

Failure to provide information may delay project delivery.

5. Advertising Budgets

For paid advertising services:

• Ad spend is separate from service fees

• All ad budgets are paid directly to the ad platform by the client

We do not guarantee results, as all advertising involves market factors.

6. SEO & Marketing Disclaimer

While we use proven techniques:

• SEO results vary based on competition, industry, and website condition

• Rankings cannot be guaranteed

• Ad performance may vary based on audience and algorithm changes

We aim for the best outcomes using ethical strategies.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Final approved designs, content, and marketing assets belong to the client

• Internal documents, strategies, and frameworks remain the property of 3MHQ

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.
All outstanding payments must be settled before termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

3MHQ is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue

• Downtime caused by third-party platforms

• Delays caused by external vendors

• Results outside our control (algorithm changes, policy changes, etc.)

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of:

• Australia (for Australian clients)

• Sri Lanka (for Sri Lankan clients)
